Customer Service Representative (Maltese)
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Maltese-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Lisbon offices.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
– First point of contact for the customers
– Listen to customers’ questions and concerns about Client’s products, and provide the best possible answers and solutions
– Provide effective support for questions regarding the use of the products
– Give the information on the ingredients and composition of the products
– Enusre the assistance in emergencies and improper use of the products
– Escalate critical customer issues
– Consistently implement coaching provided by management to reach departmental goals
– Ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct manager.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
– Native/fluent in Maltese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
– At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
– Knowledge of Cosmetics industry will be considered as an advantage
– Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
– Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
– Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
– Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
– Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
