Leading multinational company is hiring a Business Controlling Manager (M/F), for its structure.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you’ll lead the Business Controlling team and collaborate with the Corporate Controlling Manager. As such, you’ll be expected to ensure modern and appropriate financial control systems and procedures, prepare and steer appropriate business cases with the team to support the decision making, and act as a business partner with all teams within the organisation. You’ll as well develop career paths and employees to ensure succession and talent pipelines in the Controlling unit.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar leading Controlling position, with the ambition to grow in a future Head of Controlling or CFO role. Also, you should have experience in merging companies. Fluent English skills are mandatory.
