Euronext Lisbon events and press team is composed of a Event manager and a Comms manager. In the framework of Euronext marketing and communication strategy, the team is responsible of the organization of 30+ events per year.
The team members work in close collaboration with the following departments: marketing, institutional communication, internal communication, human resources as well as with the management of the company. Lisbon team also exchanges on a daily basis with vents and comms managers based in the other Euronext locations. The events team reports to the Group Head of Events.
The local team is in need of extra support, namely in the administrative and organizational aspects of event management.

Events and projects
Events organized by Euronext are at the heart of the group’s marketing and communication strategy.
The Trainee for Events&Comms will assist the team in the organization of major events such as:
  • Pan-European initiatives, including international academic campuses for pre-IPO programs
  • European conferences
  • Local conferences
  • Local workshops
  • Internal initiatives
  • Press conferencesRoad shows
In a more autonomous manner, the trainee will also be asked to help to organize events such as:
  • Non-IPO and IPO ceremonies
  • Private lunches / dinners / cocktails
  • Local wokshops and conferences
In addition, the trainee will be working on pan-European projects.
