• Drive Commercial Success: Develop and deliver compelling sales arguments to the sales team, agencies, and clients to bolster the company's commercial success.
• Support Marketing and Brand Strategy: Assist in shaping the company's marketing and brand strategy by delivering rich consumer and audience insights.
• Manage Audience and Consumer Research: oversee all aspects of audience and consumer research activities for our radio and audio brands, utilizing primary and secondary data sources.
• Collaborate with Programming Teams: Work closely with our programming teams to infuse insights into their broadcast and digital content output

Perfil ideal

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Minimum of 3+ Years' Experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience in a media insight role within a media owner, media agency, or research agency environment

• Data Expertise: Proficiency in using radio audience data and other primary and secondary data sources, with the ability to integrate and analyze multiple datasets

• Effective Communication: Proven experience in translating research and data into a language that motivates stakeholders, both internally and externally, to make informed decisions.

• Data Presentation: Ability to present data in innovative and exciting ways, inspiring stakeholders with your insights and findings

• Passion for Media: An avid interest in radio, audio, and the broader media industry, along with a keen awareness of evolving audience behaviors

• Energetic Self-Starter: A motivated and proactive individual who demonstrates a genuine passion for research and insight

• Excellent Communication: strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
