We’re looking for a People Partner to join our great People and Culture team in Lisbon. Our new People Partner is someone who is experienced in the HR field, flexible, well-balanced, and has the passion to influence change. This role is a thrilling opportunity to support our great people and lead exciting initiatives that support Pipedrive in the next stage of our exciting journey of growth.

**Your new adventure**:

– Build a strong partnership with our business unit to advise on People and Culture matters
– Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
– Manage and resolve complex issues regarding employee relations
– Provide guidance and input on the restructure of business units, workforce planning, performance/career management and succession planning
– Identify learning needs for departments as well as individual coaching needs
– Follow up to ensure learning and development objectives are met
– Participate in the evaluation of learning solutions to ensure their success
– Analyze trends and metrics for developing solutions, programs and learning opportunities
